A Certified ScrumMaster® is well equipped touse Scrum, an agile methodology to any project to ensure its success. Scrumsiterative approach and ability to respond to change, makes the Scrum practicebest suited for projects with rapidly altering and high emergent requirements,enabling teams to deliver usable software consistently and periodically througha defined project lifecycle.
The role of the ScrumMaster can be seen as crucial and involves overcomingchallenges to progress, facilitating the process, and working with the productowner to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the nextsprint. The ScrumMaster ensures that his team lives by the values and practicesof Scrum, and doing so ensures their high performance.

KnowledgeHut is a Global Registered EducationProvider (REP) of Scrum Alliance and our two-day Certified ScrumMaster trainingis delivered by Scrum Alliance Certified Trainers (CSTs) who will provide youwith a deeper understanding of the three overarching areas of change underScrum: Iterative Development, Self-Management, and Visibility required forgreater project success as a ScrumMaster. You will also gain comprehensiveunderstanding of the Scrum Methodology alongside reviewing the conduct expectedof a ScrumMaster, which is critical to carrying out your role in the mostefficient manner.

Program Highlights

After completing your CSM course, you will receive an email fromScrum Alliance that includes a link to create your login credentials. You willuse those credentials to gain access to the Online CSM Test. Once the test iscomplete, you will be asked to accept a license agreement. You will thenreceive the official designation of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from Scrum Alliance,along with a two-year membership with Scrum Alliance.

If you are already a Scrum Alliance Member, the CSM Test will beavailable through a link from your dashboard. Once the test is complete, youwill be asked to accept a license agreement and your CSM badge will appear onyour profile.

The CSM Test fee is included in your course fee; however, if youfail the test a second time, you will need to pay a $25 exam fee to ScrumAlliance before taking the exam a third time. Scrum Alliance recommends thatanyone who fails three times, must re-take the CSM course before attempting theexam a fourth time.
