Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations of any course, booking of your slot for training program, any specific service for any assistance will be only considered if the request is made within 24 hours of registration. However, freelancerind.com will not entertain if request exceeds 24 hours.

2. Since we are there to give satisfaction to our customers so if we get request for cancellation of any package or service which has activated, In this case freelancerind.com will refund amount after deduction of certain charges.

3. If you are not able to check status of your service, kindly let us know at support@freelancerind.com or get in touch with us at +91-8744801994 we would be happy to help you.

4. Freelancerind.com will not be liable for refund in such cases wherein the customer has already taken sessions and subscribed courses after accepting terms and conditions.

5. For job related assistance, the refund would be settled within 45-60 working days after completing refund related procedure.
